We offer a 14-day return period on all products purchased. Any item returned must be in "same condition" as purchased. All new items must be in original packaging with seals intact. All refurbished items must be returned with any and all accessories included. Any defective or non-functioning items are covered under Scan’s return policy and an RMA will need to be started for proper return and/or exchange.
